Their delightful dishes are prepared by Chef Richenel Williams, with the guidance of brothers Piero Pimienta and Raymondt Pimienta.There’s something to please everybody on the menu. Start with one of the favorite entrées, the avocado shrimp, a salad, or a local favorite, the pan bati with cheese. For the main course, choose between the catch of the day, whole fish, or lobster brought in daily by local fishermen to whom the menu is dedicated.
