Chef and owner Joyce de Cuba-Hüsken uses fresh, locally caught fish and U.S.D.A. beef. She grills that beautiful fish and meat to perfection on Yemanja’s wood-fired grill, using mesquite wood for maximum flavor. In addition to their regular menu, Yemanja also offers an extensive menu of savory gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choices. At Yemanja, all are welcome and all leave satisfied.
